芋泥 採用新鮮台灣大甲芋頭製作,蒸煮後磨蓉再混入日本高級「和三盆」糖令芋頭味格外濃郁。蛋糕中間夾著芋蓉流心進一步加強芋頭味。千層蛋糕部份加入22~24個月熟成Parmesan 芝士,芝士的咸香使整個蛋糕的層次跟加分明。
